I can fix your car! I enjoy g and new experiences as well as creating and tinkering with tech. Currently in my free time, I am enjoying outdoor exercising and building mechanical keyboards. Positive and constructive feedback is great! I learn very well with hands on learning and am motivated to learn from my mistakes when I see them or when brought up.
I respond well to prompt and respectful constructive feedback (positive or negative). Don't worry, I can take it 😁 ! I like to know when I am doing things wrong to prevent bad habits. I never want to slow down my team, so if I am doing things incorrectly, I definitely would love to know promptly to prevent this further. I also like constructive feedback to be specific, examples are great. Both written and verbal feedback are welcome!
